At Lagan Wedding, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent shopping experience. We believe in fair pricing, which is why our product prices are kept competitive and do not include hidden shipping or handling costs.

1. Shipping within India

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within India.

  • Delivery Timeline: Most domestic orders are processed and dispatched within 5-10 business days. Once shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery depending on your location.
  • Couriers: We partner with reputed national couriers to ensure your ethnic wear reaches you safely.

2. International Shipping

We ship our collections worldwide to ensure you can celebrate your special occasions no matter where you are.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs for international orders are not included in the product price. These charges are calculated based on the destination country and the total weight of your package. The exact shipping fee will be clearly displayed at the checkout page before you complete your purchase.
  • Delivery Timeline: International orders typically take 5-10 business days to process. Delivery times vary by destination but generally range between 5-10 business days after dispatch.

3. Transparent Pricing & Additional Costs

We maintain a policy of "Fair and Transparent Pricing."

  • Product Prices: The prices listed on our website are for the product only. Shipping charges (for international), insurance, or any specialized packaging costs are added separately during the checkout process.
  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding these costs.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery 1 time. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to pay local customs duties, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, any additional shipping costs incurred for re-delivery will be charged to the customer.

6. Package Integrity

We take great care in packaging our groom and bridal wear to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Upon delivery, if you find the outer packaging is damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the package and notify our customer support team immediately at admin@laganwedding.com.

7. Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, please note that delays may occasionally occur due to custom clearances, public holidays, or extreme weather conditions. We appreciate your patience in such instances.

8. Processing Times: Ready-to-Ship vs. Made-to-Order

To provide you with the finest quality and fit, our collection is divided into two categories with different dispatch timelines:

  • Ready-to-Ship: These are in-stock items curated for immediate delivery. Orders containing only Ready-to-Ship products are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days of order confirmation.
  • Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces: Many of our premium ethnic wear articles, including specialized sherwanis and bridal wear, are handcrafted specifically for you. These items require a production lead time of 5 to 15 business days, depending on the intricacy of the embroidery and craftsmanship of the specific article.

Note on Mixed Orders: If your order contains both "Ready-to-Ship" and "Made-to-Order" items, the entire order will be shipped together once the made-to-order article is ready. If you would like the in-stock items delivered sooner, please place two separate orders.

9. Taxes & Duties

Prices include GST for India. International customers pay local duties/taxes.
